Brandon Fuller Before he toasts his hometown’s new basketball team with a concert at the new Brooklyn Nets arena in September, Jay-Z will reportedly take a trip down the turnpike to headline and curate his own two-day festival in Philadelphia. According to the New York Times , the rapper will star in the Budweiser Made in America music festival, which will invade Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park on Sept. 1 and 2
