Mashwork, a social media listening firm, has apparently gathered some social data regarding both the Galaxy S II and the Droid Bionic, and the hype seems to be pointed toward the S II. Apparently, 68% of the group that Mashwork collected data from are interested in buying the Galaxy S II when it lands Stateside, while 32% are interested in shelling out the money for a Droid Bionic. So, underneath all the numbers and data mumbo jumbo, the Galaxy S II appears to be a better-selling device than the Bionic, even though both devices have yet to be released in the U.S. It seems that Samsung has a leg up on Motorola with this one, as more people want to buy the GS II. Now, this is only based on a small group of people, and it could change once both devices launch

It would seem that one of the carriers has finally heard the cry for no bloatware, as Sprint is planning to continue the policy of allowing users to remove bloatware apps on future devices. This all started with the Evo 3D, when Sprint gave owners the option of uninstalling bloatware, such as the Sprint Nascar app, from the device without the need for root. Sprint apparently did this after getting customer feedback about bloatware on past Android devices, such as the Evo 4G and Epic 4G, and it looks like they'll be continuing this policy for future devices.

Anyone remember that rumor about HTC's female-centric experiment codenamed "Bliss?" Well, it seems that another female-based HTC phone has been spotted hanging in a closet, which gives us the hint of a female target audience. Anyway, not much (if anything) is known about this "glamorous" device, and there is some speculation going around that this could very well be the HTC Bliss we've been hearing about. At this point, we could speculate about anything and everything, but apparently the HTC Glamor will be walking the runway sporting a variety of "hot" colors, including pink, yellow and light blue. This is a far cry from the rumored forest/sea green of the HTC Bliss, but maybe that's what the focus group was for. What do you think ladies

This is either a step in the right direction or a fluke. It seems that the HTC Evo 3D has something that past Sprint devices lack: the ability to simply uninstall bloatware programs that come with the device. You don't even need to root the darn thing. It's as simple as going into Settings, Applications, Manage Applications, select the app that you want to get rid of, and Uninstall
