Described as a “kinetic multitouch particle visualizer”, Uzu for iPad is a new and exciting app from Colordodge Labs. Like some iPad apps, Uzu serves no useful purpose other than to entertain. Swiping your fingers across the screen, and with different configurations, Uzu displays a dazzling display of lights and movement. Light color, intensity and motion are in the control of the user.
Uzu is great for parties, keeping the kids occupied, or expanding your artistic prowess in light form. There are several different screens with different touch options the user can use for variety. With multiple fingers allowing for simultaneous control on different levels, the unique animations from this app are sure to please. Colordodge has more plans in the future for Uzu, which is currently iTunes’ “App Of The Week”.
